About the Role
">This position involves advising and driving the growth and profitability of client business with BCD Travel. You will establish and cultivate strong relationships with influencers and decision-makers of assigned clients.
">Your Key Responsibilities
">- Build relationships at all levels within the client organization and become a credible partner for travel-related matters.
- Ensure BCD Travel is aware of strategic changes within the client organization and recommend a 'best-fit' strategy.
- Develop account plans through strong knowledge of the client's business strategy, goals, priorities, and key issues.
- Improve profitability where possible through pricing adjustments, technology introduction, or other upselling opportunities.
- Strong partnership within the team and other departments to meet customer requirements.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as necessary and undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
About You
">- Prior experience in travel management companies or related business travel account experience desired.
- Able to act as a 'business owner' and own the growth/profitability of client portfolio.
- Thorough knowledge of travel industry technology and business knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at all levels comfortably.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
