About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team at H5P Group AS. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our award-winning software, H5P. Your primary responsibility will be to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to communicate design concepts
  • Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors and needs
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose design enhancements
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, focusing on UX design
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional design solutions for complex products
  • Excellent sense of layout and general design principles
  • Proficient in design tools such as UXPin, Figma, or similar
  • Strong understanding of design systems and ability to create and maintain design guidelines
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
