Job Description

As a Retail Banker I at TD, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a customer liaison, utilizing your financial expertise and consultative advice to advise customers on banking solutions and needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide legendary customer experiences by helping customers, building relationships, and delivering service and advice to TD customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a broad knowledge and understanding of the full product suite, services, and processes of the business area, and be able to identify opportunities to educate customers on bank products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture customer relationships by consistently displaying product knowledge and actively listening to customer needs.
  • Problem Solving: Evaluate issues, errors, and problems based on practices and existing precedents or procedures, and provide solutions to customers.
  • Communication: Explain detailed and/or complicated information within the team, and communicate effectively with customers and internal partners.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 1+ years related experience required.
  • Skills: Superior customer service skills, strong organization skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and within deadlines.
Working Conditions

This role requires occasional domestic travel and continuous sedentary work. The ideal candidate will be able to perform multiple tasks, operate standard office equipment, and respond quickly to sounds.
