As a Software Developer at Innovasea, you will play a critical role in developing our web and mobile products, working closely with our team to build scalable, efficient, and secure systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in both frontend and backend technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our SaaS offerings, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to drive and meet requirements. Our team builds primarily in Java and Angular, but we also have space for someone who wants to work across the full stack.

Required skills include development experience for both mobile and cloud-based solutions, understanding of front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and knowledge of RESTful Web Services, APIs using JSON, and WebSocket communication. A solid handle of C-style programming languages and knowledge of cloud services are also essential.

We interact with valuable team members across time zones, so we operate digitally, but we value in-person collaboration and aim for a hybrid work schedule. Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, the level of this role can be flexed according to the right applicant, and we are looking for someone with a great track record of experience that would lend to a senior or higher role.

The developer will support initiatives to ensure delivery and operation of our solutions by creating and maintaining SaaS offerings, innovating and creating smart applications, automating, optimizing, and designing scalable infrastructure and services, building consensus around patterns and technologies used, and mentoring and supporting other members of the team.
