Enterprise Sales Manager

Wolt for Work is a rapidly-growing B2B business at Wolt, and we're looking for a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager to accelerate our growth further. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive business growth and expand our corporate partnership portfolio in Norway and the Nordic region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic sales and marketing efforts.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at top professional service and tech companies in Norway.
- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our corporate partnership portfolio.
- Collaborating with our marketing team to develop partnerships and create acquisition funnels.
- Working closely with our account managers to ensure consistent and optimal outcomes for the business and our clients.
We're looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong ability to build rapport with clients. If you're a driven and ambitious sales leader with a passion for business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on B2B or enterprise sales.
- Demonstrated track record of closing enterprise deals from A-Å.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ambition and a strong drive for business growth.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication to suit the audience.
