Xeneta is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Oslo. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for handling complex global freight data, working closely with customers to ensure proper quality and structure, and contributing to the development of new tools and processes that improve data quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and analyze complex global freight data to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data to our platform.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to answer customers' data requests throughout their procurement life cycle journey.
  • Develop a deep understanding of global ocean and air freight transport dynamics and pricing under spot and long-term markets.
  • Work with Data Science, Tech, Product, and other stakeholders to create new data management solutions and actionable insights that enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills.
