Job RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be an ambassador for GANNI, promoting our brand values of Openness, Optimism, Authenticity, Accountability, and Responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding client experiences through personalized styling sessions and tailored recommendations
- Drive sales growth by fostering strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Establish loyalty within the community by delivering exceptional customer service and creating engaging in-store events
- Foster a culture of results-driven mentality, where everyone is united by a common purpose
- Support the store team to achieve KPI targets and create a culture that is authentic, optimistic, and driven by results
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar industry, preferably with a focus on sales and customer service
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluent in Norwegian and proficient in English
- Omnichannel and omnicommerce understanding, with the ability to drive sales growth through digital channels
