As an R&D Technician at Sperra, you will play a crucial role in supporting the research and development of our 3D concrete printing technologies.

About the Job

You will work closely with our R&D team, assisting with equipment setup, operation, and maintenance, and contribute to the development of new printing methods.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting 3D concrete printing systems and other mechanical equipment
  • Assisting in setting up experiments, including material preparation and equipment calibration
  • Carrying out hands-on fabrication and assembly of manufacturing equipment and prototypes
  • Monitoring and recording data during tests and experiments
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed

This position requires a strong foundation in mechanics, materials science, and computer-aided design (CAD) software, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
