The Norwegian Hull Club is seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor & Board Secretary to join our team in Bergen. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering internal legal services to our management and various departments.
This dual-position role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of engaging tasks in a dynamic and stimulating environment. You will have the chance to contribute to the development of a strong internal legal environment across the organization, as well as assist with board meetings and governance activities.
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in corporate governance and the insurance business, who possesses strong communication skills in English and Norwegian. Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues across all levels of the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing documentation for board meetings, coordinating these activities with governing bodies, and ensuring that the work of governing bodies is to the required standard.
You should possess good interpersonal skills, be self-driven, structured, and detail-oriented. A strong communicator, you should be able to collaborate with colleagues across all levels of the organization, as well as external stakeholders.
