About the position
We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineering leader to join our team at Nord University. As an engineering leader, you will be responsible for managing our property operations on our study sites.

Responsibilities
• Property control: You will be responsible for ensuring that all property-related tasks are carried out in a professional manner.
• Coordination of internal control in FDV system: You will ensure that the current legislation is met through regular inspections and monitoring of our properties.
• Maintenance and operation of property: You will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and operational.
• Preparing and maintaining records and reports: You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports related to property operations.
• Other duties as assigned: You may be required to perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
• Relevant education from a university or college, Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Broad experience with internal control and relevant laws and regulations
• Strong ability to work independently
• Valid Class B driving license
• Good oral and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
• Good IT skills
