About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Partner Success and Growth Lead to join our Partner Development team in Norway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success by developing and executing strategies that enhance leadership skills and capabilities among current and future Partners.

You will work closely with the Head of Partner Development, Northern Europe, and other stakeholders to identify business priorities and develop effective solutions to drive growth and success.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of leadership programs, shaping the future of our business and making a significant impact on the growth and success of our Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth and success by developing and executing strategies that enhance leadership skills and capabilities.
