Product Guide Role

At Arc'teryx, we're seeking a highly motivated and passionate Product Guide to join our team. As a Product Guide, you will be the face of our brand on the retail floor, delivering an exceptional experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Provide expert product knowledge to guests, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Champion Arc'teryx as a brand ambassador, promoting our values and mission to guests and colleagues alike.
  • Work collaboratively with the store leadership team to drive sales, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and immersive brand experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and technologies.
  • Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to help drive sales and improve guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable brand experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
