We are seeking a Regional Eyewear Sales Specialist to join our team in South Norway. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships with opticians, regional department stores, and independent customers in the region.
Your primary objective will be to drive sales by building a strong distribution network and fostering close relationships with our business partners. This involves evaluating new customer opportunities, ensuring brand integrity through adequate product distribution and in-store presentation, researching and targeting new customers, and planning effective sales calls to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
You will also be responsible for presenting new eyewear collections to customers, providing in-store training to sales staff, and ensuring stock levels are adequate at the point of sale. Additionally, you will assist in implementing trade marketing activities to maximize customers' sell-out, collect sales data, and manage orders in cooperation with our customer services department.
Our ideal candidate has more than 2 years of experience in field sales roles, preferably in the eyewear sector, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.
