Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Workshop/Maintenance Foreman to join our Well Testing & Commissioning team in Stavanger. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling a team of technicians in a workshop environment, ensuring the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of equipment meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and undertake preventative and predictive maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of equipment in line with work plans and company quality standards.
- Plan tasks to identify and resolve problems, ensure timely completion of tasks, and coordinate with internal departments for logistics and stores.
- Lead load outs, ensure documentation is complete, and participate in tool box talks and planning meetings.
- Report incidents and non-conformances, conduct equipment inspections, and prepare documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Reinforce Stop Work Authority, maintain a clean working environment, and provide direction and training to technicians as needed.
Requirements
- Technical qualification and extensive work experience in the related product line.
- Previous team leader experience is an advantage.
