Head of Digital Foundation Transformation

We are seeking a highly experienced leader to spearhead our Common Digital Foundation Transformation & Architecture function.

This role is responsible for driving cross-functional projects, defining and implementing our enterprise architecture roadmap, and leading change management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering large-scale changes and a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles.

The position is part of the Common Digital Foundation leader team, and the final job title will be discussed and settled with the candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework that aligns with business strategy and supports future growth.
  • Define and champion architectural principles, standards, and best practices.
  • Ensure alignment with the enterprise architecture roadmap across the Multiconsult group.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into architectural requirements.
  • Provide architectural guidance and support to project teams.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends and assess their potential impact on the organization.
Making Change Happen
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of complex, strategic projects.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support the successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Identify and address potential resistance to change and develop mitigation plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to build support for change initiatives.
