The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Technology, Digital & Innovation team as a Research and Development Specialist, focusing on Hydrogen and Ammonia expertise.

  • You'll be part of the Low Carbon Value Chains (LCVC) team, working on research, technology development projects, and specialist services for low-carbon value chains.
  • Your key responsibilities will include developing and qualifying technology solutions, performing specialist services within low carbon value chains, mainly Hydrogen and Ammonia.
  • You'll also follow up on the development and implementation of new technologies with internal and external partners.
  • Additionally, you'll contribute to shaping our future and setting direction for tomorrow's technology development portfolio.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An MSc or PhD education in Chemistry or Engineering, with 5-15 years of relevant experience in downstream processing and/or Hydrogen/Ammonia production.
  • A specialization in process simulations, gas conversion, synthesis gas.
  • Experience with process simulators.
  • A strong team player mindset with the ability to work independently in a multi-disciplinary environment on multiple locations.
  • The ability to lead and take responsibility for project deliveries.
  • A curious and stakeholder-driven mindset.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth and development.
