We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our reliability & maint. eng. department at NES Fircroft. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe operations, optimizing field utilization, and enabling field life-extensions.

We are committed to delivering innovative solutions to the energy sector, and we need a dedicated individual like you to help us achieve our goals.

  • You will perform technical hierarchy, consequence analysis/criticality analysis, RCM analysis, and FMECA to identify areas for improvement.
  • You will develop and update preventive maintenance (PM/CBM) programs to ensure equipment functionality and performance.
  • You will ensure adherence to project execution models, schedules, and budget, focusing on quality and HSSE aspects.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in reliability and maintenance. If you have a MSc, BSc, Technical College, or other relevant education and experience, we encourage you to apply. Key qualifications include:

  • 1 to 2 years' experience in reliability and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of operational and maintenance requirements for industrial facilities, particularly oil & gas and renewables.
  • Understanding of equipment functionality and performance.
  • Knowledge of Norsok Z-008, ISO 14224.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian is an added advantage.
