We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing growth within new and established sales channels and customer concepts. This includes orchestrating the work internally as well as with external stakeholders, keeping an updated overview on development pipeline for Growth initiatives, ensuring both the needs for customers, sales volumes, and costs are met in new customer growth, managing the area in the Nordics, reaching short- and long-term targets, and building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and tailoring our sales activities to support it.
About You- You have 5-8 years of experience as a sales manager, marketing manager, business manager, management consultant, or similar roles, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- You are customer-centric, data-driven, and result-oriented with demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- You have leadership experience, and you are skilled in change management.
- Your way of working is structured and agile. Of course, you are sharing and living our company values while inspiring and engaging your colleagues to perform in the best possible way.
- For this role, it is also preferable that you have a relevant University degree.
- Finally, you are fluent in English while Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish skills are considered an advantage.
