Key Responsibilities

The Senior Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining effective maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
  • Facilitating and performing maintenance analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimize maintenance strategies.
  • Developing and implementing performance standards to measure equipment effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements
  • Education: Technical degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a focus on oil and gas operations.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
