The PLM Technology Lead will drive the digitalization and integration of our Engineering IT, leveraging technical expertise to improve product development and delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with P&H business units to ensure our PLM and Engineering IT systems are fit for purpose.

Responsibilities include contributing to the P&H PLM strategy, rolling out new capabilities, and implementing best practices surrounding design, manufacture, and lifecycle management of physical and digital products.

The role will also involve testing, training, user support, and establishing standards for data management and technical publications.
