Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in planning and executing quality management activities, as well as identifying and mitigating quality risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure projects meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate potential quality risks that could impact project cost and schedule.
- Foster collaboration with stakeholders to deliver projects to required quality standards.
- Prevent loss by eliminating or reducing the cost of poor quality.
- Conduct quality assurance activities such as internal audits and self-assessments to verify conformity with company standards.
- Facilitate risk reviews and integrated risk assessments, and support preparations ahead of these reviews.
- Maintain records of risk review follow-up activities.
- Lead lessons learned and continual improvement activities.
- Support deviation and non-conformity processes, and manage change activities.
- Assist in closing audit findings and following up responses from vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in quality assurance and risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive improvement and be proactive in work approach.
