About the Role

This exciting opportunity exists to support ophthalmic surgeons and clinical teams across the Nordics. As a key member of our team, you will deliver expert training, in-theatre assistance, and ongoing education to ensure optimal use of advanced ophthalmology products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Support: Provide high-quality clinical training and product support to surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff.
  • In-Theatre Assistance: Partner with surgical teams to ensure correct use and best practices during procedures.
  • Product Evaluation: Collaborate with the sales team to support product demonstrations and post-sale adoption.
  • Clinical Feedback: Act as a key point of contact for clinical feedback and continuous education.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on clinical trends, market developments, and competitor activities across the region.
About You
  • Clinical Background: A background as a nurse, orthoptist, optometrist, or similar clinical role in ophthalmology is essential.
  • Ophthalmic Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ophthalmic procedures and products, particularly surgical and diagnostic technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively across the Nordic region (up to 70%).
  • Languages: Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
