">- You will be responsible for managing project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and overseeing project-related activities and resources.
- Your role will involve collaborating with sales, commercial, engineering, supply chain, and other stakeholders to drive revenue opportunities and improve profitability.
- You will develop the team in line with competency and training programs, enabling them to understand contractual requirements and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
">- Ensure on-time delivery, contract adherence, and cash collection for assigned jobs.
- Maximize short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities by enabling flawless execution.
- Oversee the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue opportunities.
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in an engineering, commercial, or science subject.
- Previous experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in Wellbore Intervention techniques and processes.
- Good understanding and experience within the Norwegian market.
- Able to communicate complex technical information to customers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellence in leadership, management, and influencing stakeholders towards a common goal.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across multiple levels.
