Role Overview

We are currently looking for an exceptional Management Consulting Director to join our team in Oslo. As a key member of our global investment team, you will be responsible for creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow and ensuring that we remain fast in our decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create a pipeline of attractive investment opportunities through proactive sourcing and analysis.
  2. Analyze companies, markets, industries, and teams to make informed investment decisions.
  3. Negotiate term sheets and ensure that CVX wins the best investment opportunities.
  4. Present investment opportunities to our investment committee and facilitate deal closure.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or master's degree with excellent results.
  • 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or similar.
  • EU work permit.
