Oracle Database Developer Opportunity at Tietoevry Banking

We are seeking a skilled Oracle database developer to join our team at Tietoevry Banking. As a database developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Oracle database systems.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Oracle database objects, including tables, functions, and procedures.
  • You will work closely with our cross-functional technical team to ensure the successful delivery of our software products.
  • You will participate in several projects and deliveries simultaneously, requiring strong collaboration and prioritization skills.

Requirements:

  • You have a university degree in a relevant field and several years of experience in software development, tools, and deployment.
  • You are passionate about delivering excellent customer value by having an interest in the details and context, solving customer challenges by applying customer business logic into our deliveries.
  • You have a proven track record of delivering results with quality and flexibility as circumstances change.
  • You are Oracle Database PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional or Associate or have equivalent Oracle Database PL/SQL Programmer certification or relevant work experience as an Oracle database developer.
  • You have at least 5 years of Oracle programming work experience based on Oracle databases, including database object modeling, creation, and modification, and programming database objects with PL/SQL tools.
  • You have exposure to Oracle production database performance tuning.
  • You possess analytical, troubleshooting, communicative, and interpersonal skills.
  • You have fluent language skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Other database technology experience is a plus.
