Techconsult AS is seeking a skilled Contract Lead (Purchaser) to join our team in Stavanger. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management department, you will be responsible for procurement activities within the Intellectual Services and Temporary Staffing category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procure services such as market analyses and benchmarking for the Business Intelligence unit.
  • Manage global and local tactical and operational procurement activities, including creating purchase orders and establishing call-offs from frame agreements.
  • Lead enquiry processes, including strategy, evaluation, negotiation, and award, as well as contract establishment and management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, internal customers, and external suppliers to achieve procurement goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of work experience in procurement (professional level 2 or 3).
  • Proficiency in SAP and Contiki, with experience in procurement software a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong language skills in Norwegian and English.
