We are seeking a highly skilled English Language Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who possess fluency in both English and Norwegian, with a strong background in operations, shared services, or customer experience environments.
About the Role:
- Review and evaluate various types of content, including videos, news articles, images, political advertisements, and social media profiles.
- Assess and categorize content based on criteria such as age-appropriateness, violence levels, sexual content, and political transparency.
- Ensure alignment with clients' policies and guidelines through comprehensive training.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, shared services, or a customer experience environment.
- Fluency in both English and Norwegian, with strong reading and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Greece.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of approximately €40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
- Lunch vouchers (€85 net monthly).
- Transportation allowance (€65 gross monthly).

- Up to €350 gross to cover the real estate agency fee when securing permanent accommodation.
