As a key member of the CatalystOne finance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial organization and processes. Our forward-thinking company values innovation, collaboration, and growth, with a focus on digitalization and efficiency.
The Group Finance team is evolving and expanding, with a current structure consisting of the CFO, Head of Group Accounting, Senior Business Controller, and Contract Manager. We have made significant strides in our accounting operations, managed in-house in Norway, while outsourcing in Sweden and Denmark. Salary management is also outsourced across all three countries.
Your responsibilities as a Senior Group Controller will include delivering insights and reports to the Executive Management Team and the Board. You will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including consolidated financial statements, management reports, and statutory reporting. Additionally, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and business modeling initiatives, as well as mergers & acquisitions activities and integration of new companies.
You will take part in improving internal control routines and processes, and handle ad hoc projects as needed to support the company and finance team's objectives. A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in auditing or due diligence, and 2-3 years as a financial controller, business controller, FP&A analyst, or similar.
