Territory Sales Manager

A Day in the Life
You will be responsible for:

• Managing sales activities in the assigned region in Norway, focusing on promoting Medtronic's Aortic and Peripheral Vascular product and service portfolios.

• Planning and executing sales meetings, presentations, in-service training, and workshops for healthcare professionals to enhance their knowledge and adoption of our products and services.

• Building strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare stakeholders, and procurement organizations to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

• Collaborating with regional marketing teams to develop and execute promotional plans, including workshops, symposia, and training events.

• Negotiating sales and tenders with hospital departments and procurement organizations to secure business opportunities.

• Managing in-hospital consignment stocks to ensure efficient inventory management and customer satisfaction.

• Participating in the Nordic team to drive joint development and shared goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements
• Passionate about healthcare with prior sales experience, preferably in the healthcare device industry.

• Strong commercial acumen to transform customer needs into business opportunities.

• Ability to navigate complex healthcare organizations and leverage multiple capabilities to drive growth.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.

• Willingness to travel and work remotely, with fluency in Norwegian and English (verbal and written).

• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in the cardiovascular space.

• Familiarity with AI-based and predictive analytics services.

• Understanding of the national healthcare system and tender process experience.
