Our daily activity revolves around phone calls with new and existing customers. We also look at leads from our marketing department and work towards fulfilling the project's objectives.

• Frontline handling: Our focus is on responding quickly and consistently to all incoming phone calls through our website's front page.
• Activity on existing customers:
  • New sales: Performing initiatives to increase sold products to existing customers, leading to greater growth and survival.
  • Follow-up sales: Offering more products to existing customers to increase total sales figures.
• Responding to incoming phone calls. Provide details about wishes and needs to each customer during the call.
• Responding to chat messages from various sources including email and direct messaging services, as well as sent services.
• Responding and sending out offers written in accordance with the company's strategy
• Participating in meetings with your team and the Manpower firm.
