We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in the success of our organization, contributing to the realization of our strategic ambitions.

The Contract Management Specialist will be responsible for providing formal legal review and risk analysis of customer contracts. They will also advise the bid manager/KAM and other levels of management during the decision-making process. The successful candidate will ensure that contracts are aligned with our strategic earning ambitions for each customer/segment as well as our overall strategy expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Represent TN Norway in reviewing, amending and negotiating various contracts, forms or agreements with customers.
  • Support the contracting process and contract management.
  • Assess project risks and engage in the risk review process for projects.
  • Provide advice on legal and commercial contract-related matters.
  • Advocate and ensure compliance with DNV processes, policies, guidelines and values.
  • Provide training on legal/contract management issues and risks within the functional scope of the Global Contracting team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in law or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience as a legal professional or contract manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian; additional skills in other languages are also welcomed.
  • Legal skills in a commercial/transactional context, including reviewing and drafting contracts.
  • Comfortable working as part of a virtual, global and multi-cultural team.
