Postdoctoral Researcher in Innovation and Sustainability

As a postdoctoral fellow in innovation and entrepreneurship capacity building, you will play a key role in advancing our understanding of regional value creation and innovation ecosystems. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct research that contributes to the project's objectives and outcomes.
You will work closely with our team of researchers and industry partners to design and implement studies, collect and analyze data, and disseminate findings through publications and presentations. We expect you to have a strong track record of academic publishing and a clear vision for your research agenda.
In addition to your research responsibilities, you will participate in our teaching program, supervising students and contributing to curriculum development. You will also engage in knowledge transfer activities, working with industry partners to translate research findings into practical solutions.
We are looking for someone with a Ph.D. in innovation, entrepreneurship, or a related field, with a strong focus on regional development and sustainability. Your research should demonstrate a deep understanding of the complex relationships between innovation, entrepreneurship, and regional growth.
Key qualifications include:
- A Ph.D. in innovation, entrepreneurship, or a related field
- Strong research and academic publishing track record
- Experience in conducting mixed-methods research and analyzing complex data sets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
