Onboarding Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding/Integration Engineer to join our team at Telenor Linx. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding new partners and ensuring seamless integrations with our APIs.

• Onboard and configure partners with our APIs
• Perform and validate testing before launch
• Coordinate partner UAT
• Monitor partners after launch
• Answer technical questions from partners
• Write and improve DCB product documentation
• Assess and test code to ensure that code changes do not impact partners
• Generate specialized reports for partners

We are looking for an engineer with a strong background in API integrations and a passion for working closely with partners. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, and some years of experience in similar positions is preferred. Our working language is English, and a fluent English level is required.

You will be working with a high-performing team of developers, onboarding engineers, and business folk who work together to create an enjoyable user experience and deliver a product that is bringing revenues to Telenor.
