About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at XL Gruppen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and contributing to the development of innovative and delicious menus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily production and ensure high-quality food is served to our guests
  • Develop and implement daily routines to maintain a safe and healthy working environment
  • Work varied shifts, including days and evenings, to meet the needs of our business
  • Collaborate with our team to create new menu ideas and concepts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests
Requirements
  • Trade certificate as a chef (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 6 years' experience as a chef, with a strong track record of leading kitchen teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Fluency in Norwegian or Scandinavian language (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
