Global Supply Chain Coordinator Job Summary

The Global Resellers team at reMarkable is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring order success and operational efficiency across the reseller network. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability, tracking shipments, and identifying potential issues. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to reMarkable Global Reseller Managers and compile partner forecasts to support demand planning.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supply chain coordination: ensuring product availability and coordinating shipment tracking
  • Order management: receiving and processing orders while ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Problem identification: detecting potential issues and escalating them promptly
  • Reporting: providing regular updates on key performance indicators

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain, logistics, business)
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
