The PWR Transmission department is responsible for designing and fabricating the world's best cables. This means we have the best tools, equipment, and people with competence and skillsets to install and service those cables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR activities in areas such as recruitment, workforce planning, and legal compliance
  • Ensure that the right talent is in place for each stage of the project
  • Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

To succeed in this role, you will need strong skills in workforce management and project coordination. You should be able to plan resources effectively and manage complex project timelines. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Norwegian is a plus.
