As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team and overseeing project profitability by monitoring and controlling project performance against budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.

The successful candidate will have at least 15 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 10 years focused on delivering subsea-related projects. A relevant university degree in Marine, Naval Architecture, Hydrodynamics, Structural or Offshore Engineering is required. Experience with T&I (Transportation and Installation) and EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning) contracts is essential.

Key skills and qualifications include proven leadership and experience in managing projects, strong organizational, management, and communication skills, confidence, self-motivation, and discipline, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitoring and controlling project performance against budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of industry experience with at least 10 years focused on delivering subsea-related projects.
  • Relevant university degree in Marine, Naval Architecture, Hydrodynamics, Structural or Offshore Engineering.
  • Experience with T&I (Transportation and Installation) and EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning) contracts.
  • Proven leadership and experience in managing projects.
  • Strong organizational, management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
