We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Zone Manager to join our team at Eaton, responsible for the Nordics and Baltics zone and signalling, speakers, and telephone products in the hazardous markets.

• Develop and Execute Channel Strategy: Create, maintain, and grow Eaton's relationship with local channel partners, EWS, technical distributors, and resellers within the zone.
• Account Management: Develop, adapt, and execute a tailored strategic growth plan for each account, communicate to internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Business Development: Identify new business development opportunities and potential new routes/channels to market, developing a business development strategy relating to the sales objective and channel management in line with the European strategy.
• Competitor Tracking: Undertake competitor tracking within EWS to ensure visibility of market share and corresponding actions are taken, feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Contract Negotiation: Supervise and negotiate contracts with EWS, key customers, CAPs, and distributors.

• Education: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar (Business & Sales related education will be considered as well).
• Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, with proven track record in driving B2B sales where diagnosing complex customer needs is critical (ideally electrical area, however other relevant experiences will be considered).
• Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken English and Norwegian languages essential for this role.
