Job Title: Tech Lead

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tech Lead to join our digital team, responsible for building service tools for our Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs).

Our team is responsible for developing and implementing software solutions in the service area, ensuring code quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of software solutions in the service area
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices
  • Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and scope
  • Break down complex deliverables into manageable tasks and delegate appropriately
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with technical product managers and product managers to ensure that solutions are shipped with good quality and that solutions are meeting end user requirements
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
  • Encourage continuous learning and professional development
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and across teams & departments
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within software development
  • Experience within the technology used by the team (Java, Kotlin, GCP products etc)
  • Experience within software architecture and design patterns
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
