This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fish biology, behavior, and health, as well as experience with laboratory techniques and statistical analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on fish health and welfare, including laboratory and fieldwork
  • Analyze data and develop recommendations to improve fish health and welfare
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to implement changes and improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in fish health and welfare, aquaculture, or related field
  • Minimum 2-7 years of experience in fish health and welfare, laboratory and fieldwork
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
