As a Project Material Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the supply chain activities from end-to-end for train fleets under your responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating supply chain activities from material demand to material delivery to installation in track.
  • Acting as a bridge between the supply chain team and the rest of the project stakeholders.
  • Performing risk assessments, raising alerts on time, and coordinating mitigation plans with stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the proper set-up of the project industrialization process and managing QCD deliverables.
  • Driving demand in SAP and defining the right set-up for network activities and the link with the cost structure.
  • Participating in material work package reviews with finance and establishing a robust 'at completion' vision.

We are looking for someone who is organized, has great communication skills, and can demonstrate proactivity.

Some key skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in supply chain or industrial engineering or similar work experience.
  • Experience in supply chain, material scheduling, inventory management, and procurement techniques.
  • IT: Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel). Basic knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems).
