About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Expert Electrician to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing installation activities in alignment with design documents and supervisor instructions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute installation activities in accordance with design documentation and supervisor guidance
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as defined by EHS
  • Verify that tools are calibrated and collective protections are in place
  • Perform installation activities with a focus on quality, adhering to drawings and Work Method Statements
  • Report risks, difficulties, or issues to the hierarchical superior
  • Apply the Digital and Installation Services (D&IS) Installation and Field Operations (FO) Process for installation activities

Requirements

  • Technical High-School Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Experience or understanding of on-site work practices
  • Knowledge of EHS on-site regulations
  • Familiarity with railway products and installation methods
  • A certification for the railway work sector is desirable
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and adhere to Work Method Statements
  • Proactive communication skills to report any potential issues
