Job Requirements:Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality Tempura, Maki Rolls, Nigiri, and Sashimi as ordered by our discerning guests.
- Manage tickets and coordinate a team of 2 to 5 chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Source and order fish, vegetables, and other necessary ingredients to maintain exceptional taste and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment and assist teammates when needed.
- Research new products and techniques in Japanese cuisine to stay ahead of culinary trends.
Other Responsibilities:
- Supervise chefs and trainees in your absence, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining our high standards.
- Ensure the quality of all ingredients used and served, upholding our commitment to excellence.
- Monitor temperatures, pH levels, and maintain an updated HACCP manual to guarantee food safety.
- Cut and prepare fish and vegetables for all stations, adhering to precise cutting techniques.
- Receive supplier deliveries according to company procedures, maintaining efficient logistics.
- Pursue excellence in every aspect of your work, exceeding customer expectations and inspiring teamwork.
