We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Onshore Shift Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all onshore operations during your shift. You will lead and coordinate the operational teams and resources dedicated to the project, ensuring that all tasks are performed in alignment with established procedures within our quality system.

As an Onshore Shift Coordinator, you will set an example for your team, championing our values and enhancing our brand reputation. You will also maintain close operational communication with offshore managers and collaborate with other departments, including ROV supervisors, deck foremen, and client representatives.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant experience from construction support onshore
  • Experience from IMR projects and Module Handling Systems is an advantage
  • Formal technical and/or administrative education
  • Valid offshore safety/survival course
  • Valid offshore seafarer's medical certificate
