Job Description

Omega 365 Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior LCI Professional to join our team in the development project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LCI information, data, and systems from project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish effective LCI work processes in assigned projects.
  • Follow up status and deliveries to ensure LCI is delivered in accordance with Contract requirements.
  • Coordinate Company project review and verification of LCI certificates.
  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Check (QC) of LCI delivery and progress reporting.
  • Conduct internal and external LCI clarifications and ensure alignment.
  • Participate in the Technical/System Integration team and ensure necessary LCI data and documentation is available.
  • Follow up LCI-related risks and contribute to mitigating actions.
  • Arrange and/or perform training sessions for internal and external project personnel.
  • Ensure experience transfer and lessons learned from projects.
  • Prepare for and participate in final project evaluations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in LCI management in project execution.
  • Good understanding of LCI-related processes, requirements, and systems.
  • Extensive experience with LCI and engineering systems (Aveva or similar).
  • Extensive experience and understanding of LCI information/data management.
  • Experience with dataflows, databases, and SQL.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written.
  • Regulatory competence for the petroleum industry.
  • Multidiscipline understanding.
  • Independent and structured.
  • Proactive and able to recognize and solve problems.
  • Focused on collaboration and sharing of experience.
  • Flexible and adapting to handle changing priorities.
  • Act in accordance with Company values (SAFER).
