Airport Reception Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers arriving with mishandled luggage.

• Assist in the creation of lost and damaged baggage reports, utilizing SITA's WorldTracer system and other tracing systems as required.
• Process rush bags/expedited bags with earliest possible flights or deliveries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Clear action areas in the WT system, regardless of position within the department or shift.
• Trace baggage using the Sita World Tracer System, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing luggage handling operations, adhering to airline requirements and Menzies Aviation policies.

• Coordinating with colleagues to ensure seamless bag processing, minimizing delays and enhancing the passenger experience.

• Providing assistance to passengers with misplaced or damaged luggage, offering solutions and support throughout the process.
