We are looking for a Mediterranean Fintech Advocate to join our Nordic Paypal Customer Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

About the Role:
  • Be the point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, video, and chat, analyzing complex transactions such as bank transfers and internet purchases
  • Work closely with colleagues to share ideas and solutions, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Norwegian
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Customer support experience is an asset
  • Exceptional communication and soft skills, along with a problem-solving mentality
  • A highly developed sense of ownership and accountability
  • Strong computer knowledge and technical savvy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
