We are looking for a Mediterranean Fintech Advocate to join our Nordic Paypal Customer Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
About the Role:- Be the point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, video, and chat, analyzing complex transactions such as bank transfers and internet purchases
- Work closely with colleagues to share ideas and solutions, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one
- Fluency in Norwegian
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Customer support experience is an asset
- Exceptional communication and soft skills, along with a problem-solving mentality
- A highly developed sense of ownership and accountability
- Strong computer knowledge and technical savvy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Complete relocation support to Chania, Crete
