Your Role
As a skilled Chef, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Nordic-inspired dishes, preparing and plating dishes that reflect ATTME's concept, supporting menu execution, and working closely with the Sous Chef and kitchen team to execute a seasonal, locally inspired menu with precision and consistency. You will also maintain kitchen standards, ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards, handle mise en place, and manage your designated station efficiently during both prep and service. Additionally, you will collaborate across teams, communicating effectively with colleagues in both kitchen and service to ensure smooth service and a great guest experience.
