The Role

We are looking for a waiter who is eager to take ownership and demonstrate genuine engagement. You should have your finger on the pulse, have a good overview, and view each guest as an opportunity to exceed all expectations.

The position includes organizing the service area, guiding and inspiring the staff, managing and quality-assuring the guest experience, providing wine and beverage recommendations, and ensuring that the overall experience maintains high quality and service standards.

  • Have previous experience as a waiter, server, or other relevant experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Create a positive atmosphere, support the team, and inspire common goal achievement.
  • Have the ability to organize and maintain an overview of the restaurant's daily operations.
  • Have a genuine interest in delivering high-quality service and creating memorable guest experiences.
