Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data optimization and process improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve data quality, integrity, and security, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on data governance best practices and procedures.
- Monitor and report on data governance performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in data governance or a related field, preferably in the financial or credit sector.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with proficiency in Norwegian and/or Danish desirable.
